Vladimir Yuryevich Gabrielyan has been the director of Fidelis since 2019 and specializes in civil and administrative law. V. Gabrielyan got his Masters Degree in Financial Law from the Moscow State University of Statistics and Informatics, RA, and is a member of the RA Chamber of Advocates, and is also qualified as a bankruptcy administrator. Gabrielyan has gained his work experience, first working for about ten years as a senior legal consultant in one of the largest private companies, as well as in the judiciary, during his private legal consulting and advocacy activities. Gabrielyan served in the RA Armed Forces from 2005 to 2007.
